How far are the spa facilities from your apartment?
Being in the best block which is number 7 the apartment is directly above the spa and sauna facilities. No blocks in Bansko Towers have direct access to the spa so you must go outside however from block 7 you literally go out of the entrance and back into the spa within 5 seconds.
Which floor are you on?
We on the 3rd floor room number 734
Do you have a washing machine?
There isn't a washing machine but you can use the laundrette facilities onsite. Please ask at the reception for for more information.
Is there a wireless connection?
Due to the size of the complex not all blocks have internet access but block 7 where we are has a good wireless connection (from the restuarant below).
Is there a safe?
Yes there is a safe in the room.
Where can I put my skis/snowboard?
In the aprtment there is a large ski room where you can leave all of your equipment.
When is the full amount due?
Full payment is required 12 weeks prior to the arrival date.

Testimonials

As we entered the large apartment, I immediately felt the need to call some other friends, to come share (and party together in) this cozy and friendly space. As the location of the hotel is very close to the main gondola/slope we enjoyed more relaxation time in the beautiful sauna and pool situated under the apartment. Thanks for a wonderful time!
